For the purpose of clarity, a service provider or agent of a film title rights holder shall not be considered eligible for the purposes of this policy.
Where the Registrant no longer meets the eligibility requirements of the TLD, it must contact its Registrar as soon as possible, and in any case no more than 14 calendar days after it becoming ineligible, request that the domain name be cancelled, locked, placed on hold, transferred or deleted.
Monitoring and review
During the lifecycle of the domain name the .FILM registry may take certain steps to substantiate whether a Registrant meets the requirements described in the .FILM policies. They may request that the Registrant provide information to demonstrate compliance and maintain its eligibility. If the registrant is found to not meet the eligibility requirements or the domain name is not consistent with the mission and purpose of .FILM your domain may be cancelled, locked or deleted with no refund given.
