.srl FAQ

Only companies that are registered as SRL qualify to be a Registrant of an .SRL domain name. SRL is the abbreviation for limited liability companies in Italy (Società a Responsabilità Limitata), Argentina, Mexico, Panama and other countries in Latin America (Sociedad de Resonsabilidad Limitada). Such registration must be granted by a governmental body, or an organization authorized by a governmental body to issue such registration.

If at any time during the term of registration the registrant no longer meet this requirement the registry reserves the right to deny or cancel the registration, renewal or transfer of any registered name or place a registry hold/lock. No refund will be provided.

Some domain names may be permanently or temporarily reserved or restricted for registry operations, as premium domain names or to comply with ICANN requirements.

To comply with ICANN requirements, all two-character domains shall be initially reserved, however may be released in the future. In addition reserved names for a) International Olympic Committee, b) International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, and c) Intergovernmental Organizations, for new gTLDs., are not available in accordance with ICANN.
