Article 26 - Deleting a domain name
Deleting a domain name is irreversible. Once deleted, the domain name can again be assigned and may be registered by a new applicant. A domain name may be deleted at the request of its owner, addressed to the SPT. You do not ask for justification. A domain name can be removed following a court ruling in the proceedings alternative dispute resolution, or due to a block of the domain name.

Article 27 - Procedures Alternative Dispute Resolution
The holder of a domain name agrees to submit to alternative procedures for resolving disputes over domain names under the conditions defined by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in the cpr144449003101 framework of the overall principles of resolution litigation, designated by the acronym UDRP (Uniform dispute Resolution Policy). The application of alternative procedures for resolving disputes applies to all domain names already registered.

Article 28 - Agreement of proof
It is understood that the emails sent by the applicant, the owner, Internet providers and SPT have evidential value. In case of dispute on the date of receipt and / or processing a request, the information on servers in the SPT, when applied, shall prevail.
