Domain disputes in the .com.ua
5.1.The term "domain dispute" under this Regulation shall mean any dispute which may arise in because of the registration (delegation), re, cancellation of registration (delegate) and use of domain names in .com.ua.
5.2.Moment of domain dispute is the time of receipt by the Administrator .com.uadomain Registrar or the relevant domain names in .com.ua, claim, adopted court and the decision on opening (violation) of the proceedings of the case.
