Disputes concerning domain names:

First, you agree and acknowledge - that the administrator does not have the authority or statutory authority to deprive a User his domain name - that objections to pleural registration of a domain name, only to be directed to the user who made ??the acquisition of the domain name - being obliged to keep Trustee harmless for any disputes or legal proceedings regarding the use of a name as a domain name, including disputes on subordinate levels of the domain name - the administrator does not in any way responsible for a User's acquisition or use of a domain name.

Second, you agree and acknowledge that evidence for the acquisition and use of a domain name in bad faith may be satisfied if evidence

a) that the domain name is identical or confusingly similar to a trademark or characteristic that another user has rights to and

b) the user's primary purpose of the acquisition of the domain name is to sell it, rent it or transfer it to another user, who is the holder of the mark or token, or to a right holder's competitors, for values ??that exceed user's documented costs directly related the domain name, or

c) the user has acquired the domain name in order to prevent the owner of the mark or characterized in order to use the trademark as a domain name, provided that the user displays such behavior, or d) the user has acquired the domain name with the primary purpose of disrupting the business / business belonging to a competitor, or

e) the user intentionally attempted to attract - for commercial gain - Internet users to its website or other on-line location, by creating a likelihood cpr144449003101 of confusion with the holder of the right brand of terms the source, sponsorship, affiliation or connection to the user's site, location, product or services.

Third, you agree and acknowledge that evidence of rights or legitimate interest in retaining / use a domain name can be satisfied if it is documented that before any notification to the user of a dispute, a) the user has used the domain name, or made ??demonstrable preparations to to use the domain name or a name corresponding to the domain name, or

b) the user has been commonly known by the domain name, even if the user has not acquired any trademark rights or characteristics rights, or

c) that the user makes legitimate noncommercial or fair use of the domain name, without intentions - for commercial gain - in a misleading way to redirect Internet users, or dishonor the dealing brand or features.

Forth, you agree and acknowledge that the administrator is obliged to respect the decisions of a court, an arbitration tribunal which user has voluntarily acceded to, or a valid requests from public authorities.

Fifth, you agree and acknowledge that the administrator does not intend to participate as a judge in connection with domain names disputes, why user is referred to the ordinary courts, national and International arbitration or other dispute resolution bodies.
