• "Allowed Shipping Zone" property at Configure/PerUser allows default shipping restrictions to be applied.
• "Allowed Billing Zone" property for CategoryTypes, Categories, SubCategories, and Manufacturers allows billing restrictions to be applied.
• Additional handling fee can be specified on a per store basis.
• Support of an external (3rd party) shipping fees calculator service. If this shipping method is selected then the content of the cart will be passed to the specified URL using an HTTP POST method, which means that the target URL should be a kind of CGI script that is capable of processing the posted arguments. The value returned by the external service should be the amount that represent the shipping and handling fee.
• If there are items in the cart from different vendors then the S & H engine will calculate the S & H fees based on the addresses of the vendors. Thus the addresses of the vendors MUST be correct. Check them by the STORE/Users/Edit function.
• The product's "ships in own box" feature has allows the store owner to specify what products and quantity of the product go to it's own box.
• Ability to indicate the most common shipping address of the customers to be "Residential Address" for the UPS shipping method.
• Ability to enter description of a shipping method. The description will be shown on the checkout pages when the method is selected from the buyer.
• Ability to adjust the total weight of an order by shipping method.
• "Support APO/FPO Mail" property at Configure/PerUser allows APO/FPO to be enabled/disabled. If enabled then the buyers will be able to specify APO/FPO states during check out. APO/FPO states are:
• AA - Armed Forces Americas
• AE - Armed Forces Europe
• AP - Armed Forces Pacific
