What name can I register?
The undersigned hereby declares that it has read the current provisions of the Rules for Registration of Domain names (CW) and to accept these.
The undersigned furthermore declares that the details that are stated on the Copy of the petition for registration (aanvraagformulier) which is attached to this declaration is full and correct. The undersigned guarantees that it is authorized to use the requested domain name.
The undersigned declares the following:
The undersigned indemnifies the CW ccTLD Internet Domain registration University of the Netherlands Antilles (the "CW_DomReg") and the Computer Centrum UNA and other participants of the AN_DomReg and will hold them harmless from and against any and all costs and damages that may be incurred by any of them in connection with a claim from athird party stating the domain name infringes its rights.
The undersigned shall notify CW_DomReg immediately of each and any claim of a third party stating the domain name infringes its rights.
The undersigned accepts and agrees that in case CW_DomReg will be involved in court proceedings in connection with the domain name, CW_DomReg is free to appoint an attorney of its choice.
