A qualified Trademark owner for the purposes of the Sunrise Registration Period is anyone who holds a Trademark or Service mark of national effect, applied for prior to July 11, 2005 and granted before the date of the domain name application. The domain name itself must also meet certain rules.

Anyone can get a .MOBI domain name during Landrush 1 (Landrush). There are no special trademark criteria this period, it’s a period from September 26 to October 10 where premium pricing exists to register .MOBI domains.

landrush 2: $35.00 queue fee $70.00 registration fee 2 yrs Submission 10/11/06 - ongoing  (regular price)
Like Landrush 1 (Landrush), Landrush 2 (Ongoing) is an open registration period. Starting October 11, 2006 Landrush 2 (Ongoing) .MOBI domain registrations will be at their normal price.

Qualified Trademark holders should use the Trademark Sunrise Queue.

Landrush 1 (Landrush)
